Use Ramadan To Pray Against Banditry, kidnapping, MKO Urges Muslim Faithfuls

The Chairmanship aspirant Abeokuta South Local Government Mustapha Kodaolu Olajide (MKO) has called Nigerians to use ramadan to pray against banditry and kidnapping ravaging the country.

MKO disclosed this during a prayer session  organised by him on Thursday in  Abeokuta, Ogun State.

He reiterated on his promise to do the needful on necessary things.

The event was also an avenue to meet with party Executives and thanked them for their support.

He assured that there are benefits to derive from such support.

In his words, “I am not a tribal politician, that’s why I called every one. Abeokuta South is one.

No one should be angry with any development.”

''Some party members who received Ramadan gifts like Salewa Emmanuel, from ward 4, says they are here because of their son, Mustapha Kodaolu from ward 4. Some says MKO is from Emere, which makes him falls into ward 6 as well.

Salewa calls on everyone from ward 4 to support him. She recounts how well she knows his mother and how good she was.

Another attendee by name, Adebare Amoniyan, says that some of the thing we see in politics is what has happened at the event. He says with a tone of assurance that MKO tops in Abeokuta south.

Adebare says he is not surprised because he has always known him to do many things special.

In his closing remark, Mustapha Kodaolu says their coming together is to celebrate Muslim Brothers and sisters, wards chairman, former councillors they served together with and to discuss on progressive issues.

He says the gift is just a Ramadan gift which any one can do. He calls for prayers to deliver us as a Nation from all the menace facing the country.
