Football Championship : Toyin Amuzu Urges Youths to develop their talents


The Toyin Amuzu Football Championship, TAFC has been rounded up with a call to the youth to continue to develop their talents and skills, to be useful to the society and become a better adult. 

Those were the words of the organiser of the Championship, Chief Toyin Amuzu while addressing members of the football teams that played in the tournament. 

Chief Amuzu who encouraged the youth not to relent or be discouraged by the various challenges in the society urged them to continue to tap knowledge and develop themselves at all cost. 

At the Kuto Stadium, venue of the final for the football Championship, it was football at its peak, as the Toyin Amuzu Football club defeated Oluwole Football club with two goals to one to emerge the winner of the competition, with Oluwole FC coming second. 

Trophies, medals and cash prizes were later presented to winners. 

Cash prices were also given to behaved teams, best coach, best goalkeeper, Most valuable player, Highest goal scorer and others. 

Twenty four teams from Abeokuta South Local Government participated in the Toyin Amuzu football championship as part of the Toyin Amuzu Foundation's programmes to encourage sports and also develop the youth.
