Toyin Amuzu bags Ogun Outstanding award, dedicates it to the Youth

A popular Egba Chief and stalwart of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Toyin Amuzu, TA has been awarded as the Outstanding Young Man of the year 2021 by the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, at this year's Ogun Youth Award. 

A Federal lawmaker representing Ado-Odo/Ota Constituency in Ogun State, Hon. Jimoh Ojugbele while presenting the award at the Oke Igbehin valley view auditorium of the government house, said the NYCN was honouring Chief Toyin Amuzu because of his services to various communities and his commitment to improve the people. 

Reading his profile, Chief Toyin Amuzu was greatly praised for his Foundation known as the Toyin Amuzu Foundation which is seen as the bedrock of his philatronphic gestures and services to the people. 

It was noted that Chief Amuzu in his contributions had donated over 5 borehole water projects to various Communities, awarded scholarships, created empowerment programmes, sponsored medical services and given out educational materials as well as food items among other needs. 

Chief Toyin Amuzu who was represented at the event dedicated the award to the youth Constituency, stating that he is inspired to see successful Nigerian youths and not 'lazy youths'. 

He promised to do more especially to the youth, whom he described as a major strength of every successful society.
