Prince Babatunde Tella, the transition committee chairman, Abeokuta North has called on Muslims in the State to use the celebration of Eid-el-Maolud to promote religious tolerance and peaceful co-existence.
He disclosed in a statement personally signed by him which was made available to newsmen in Abeokuta.
He said that the celebration of Eid-el- Maolud marks the birth of Prophet Mohammed.
According to him, his administration will continue to promote religious tolerance among residents of the state.
Tella while wishing Muslim faithful a wonderful Eid-el-Maolud, urged them to always pray for the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun.
