The former APC member disclosed that he left the part  because of the current administration negligence towards the people.

"I have a reason for leaving APC to contest on this Party, AAC because the sitting government has neglect the people of this state. The people are frustrated so we are coming to align them and reeducate our people on what to do in the public and what not to do.

"With the number of people behind me, I think I will emerge.  Of course there are ways some political parties want to rig the election but I know that INEC will not allow that. If you want to defeat your opposition, don't defeat your opposition with just fifty, hundred, two thousand votes. Beat your opposition with about forty to thirty thousand votes so that it will be difficult to rig so we have to double our efforts.

"I am not in this race for negotiation because I have plans for the people. At my age, if I cannot contest to win an election, definitely I cannot be president. I am older than Yaya Bello and Tambuwwal who are contesting for president."
