Tpl Odunlami disclosed this in his office , Okemosan during a courtesy visit by the management of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited,led by the Chief Executive Officer,Dr Babatunde Adeyemo.
The Commissioner commended the good work of the leading real estate, especially following due process with honesty in a saturated business environment.
He added that he can recommend the real estate to anyone.
According to him " I know that you follow due process with honesty in all your business dealings. I see the future of this state in the vision of your real estate firm, and I believe you should be encouraged.”
He added that,”this administration will do everything possible to encourage you and your vision,we believe the sky shall not be your limit,but a starting point.”
Dr Adeyemo lauded the commissioner for the role of the ministry of Physical Planning And Urban Development in real estate business,as much as what the ministry had achieved under his leadership .
He said that the Pelican Brief Estate will be the very first smart city, with serviced plot allotment scheme which will be commissioned on September 11, 2022.
Adeyemo said the move is in line with the mandate of the state government led by Prince Dapo Abdiodun to urbanize the state, adding that Pelican Valley Nigeria limited had played a vital role in the state urbanization and controlled development strategy of the Ministry of Physical Planning And Urban Development in particular.
According to him, the Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape is one of the fastest growing Estate, with over one thousand Nigerians in diaspora investors.
