The CEO of the company Dr Babatunde Adeyemo received the award at the Synergy Meritorious Award 2022 ceremony in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.
When presenting the award to Dr. Adeyemo, the event's organizer stated that the company's enormous achievements, physical growth, and architectural masterpiece, along with its affordability and credibility strategies, had drawn the organizers to bestow the honor in recognition of the transformative impact it had made to the real estate experience and economic growth in Ogun State and Nigeria generally.
In his remarks, Pelican Valley CEO appreciated the organizer for recognizing Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited and his modest self as the most influential realtor.
He said ''I am highly elated that this award is being given to me by Synergy. This award will spur me to continue in my humble service of making incredible houses at affordable rates to Nigerians and Africans at large.”
The estate guru, philanthropist has several years of experience in the real estate industry and has received several awards.
Dr. Adeyemo told journalists that he dedicated the award to his lovely wife who clocked 40-year old today.
He said "This day is a wonderful day because it was the day an angel was missing in heaven. The sky cried and the earth was happy.
"When you are together with a wife that puts you first as part of her priority, it means you will find peace in your heart. She's doesn't only put me first but always put everyone first.
