The Chairman of the Association Kayode Sowunmi disclosed this while donating vehicles worth over millions of naira for the campaign of Governor Dapo Abiodun and the APC's Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu towards the general elections.
Sowunmi while handing over the Toyota Sienna vehicles to members at the ACOMORAN secretariat in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital on Monday promised that the association would run a massive campaign to ensure the victory of Abiodun, Tinubu and other APC candidates in the state in the coming elections.
He stated that the procurement of the vehicles was to ease movement of members during the campaign across the 20 local governments of the state.
He registered the ACOMORAN's loyalty to Governor Abiodun even as he warned members of the association against anti-party activists in the state.
According to him "Dapo Abiodun is our own priority. We will expel anyone doing anti-party activities.
"We have donated these vehicles for the campaign of Dapo Abiodun, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates in the state. Our people are complaining about mobility, hence, the donation. The vehicles will ease movement from one Senatorial District to the other during the campaign.
"The choice of Abiodun, the Chairman disclosed, was informed by the governor's giant strides in the state and the several benefits the association has benefited from the administration.
"We must do everything possible to re-elect Governor Dapo Abiodun. We want the governor to know that his success is our own concern and we want him to know that we mean this business. By next year, he will surely win".
