According to him, it will ameliorate the plight of the vulnerable people in the State as hardships continue to bite due to Naira scarcity.
The Chieftain of APC made the commendation in a statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta.
Recall that the Ogun State Government has announced its readiness to begin the distribution of 400,000 food items to the vulnerable residents of the state.
Abiodun said the 400,000 food items would be the first phase of the palliatives to be distributed through the newly appointed Social Investment Officers, beginning from Saturday.
Hon. Adeniji noted that the gesture of Governor Abiodun, was a demonstration of his commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of Ogun State citizens and residents alike.
He added that the social intervention programme would provide the needed succour to the people of the state, especially in the face of the cash crunch and fuel scarcity.
The APC Chieftain therefore called on residents of the State to continue to support the current administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun.
He therefore appealed to them to work for victory of Prince Dapo Abiodun in March 11.
