The intervention by the Group of concerned party members under the auspice of NNPP PROGRESSIVES, is expected to put an end to the political crisis currently rocking the party over the alleged anti-party activities played by some party leadership and some party chieftains.
The act allegedly leads to the woeful outing of the party during the just concluded general polls and as a result the ugly development had divided the state chapter of the party into two factions headed by the State Chairman of the party, Comrade Olaposi Oginni and the party Governorship Candidate, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo.
The Group, in a letter signed by Secretary, Hon. Damilare Abioro, said the group is optimistic that the meeting will bring an end to the crisis and bring lasting peace into the party.
