Chief Tola Adeniyi, a renowned veteran international journalist, publisher, and columnist, delivered a thought-provoking keynote speech titled "The Media: The Last Estate Standing for Democracy in Nigeria" during the ceremony.
Pelican Valley surpassed numerous other real estate firms in the country to claim the prestigious Champion title, marking their 40th award this year alone.
Adeniyi Temowo, a prominent Canadian Immigration expert and the event's organizer, commended Pelican Valley while presenting them with the Origo International Real Estate Champion Award.

Responding to the honour bestowed and his real estate firm, Dr. Adeyemo commended Origo International for singling Pelican Valley for recognition and award out of the many estate firms operating in the country.
Explaining how Pelican Valley has continued to win more awards and recognitions, the Realtor said the culture of sticking to due diligence, honesty, integrity, perseverance, honesty, high ethical principles, and client satisfaction remains the firm’s selling point and what gives it an edge over others.
