Hon. Adesina conveyed his commendation while joining Governor Abiodun on an inspection tour of the ongoing construction work on the Mowe-Ofada road.
This visit aimed to assess the progress and quality of work accomplished so far.
During the inspection tour, Governor Abiodun made significant announcements regarding further infrastructure development.
He pledged to incorporate Adesan road into the list of roads to be addressed in Ofada Ward and approved the immediate commencement of palliative work on Orimerunmu road.
The Governor also assured that the rehabilitation of Magboro - Makogi road would commence in the near future.
In response to these commitments, the Chairman of Obafemi Owode Local Government expressed his profound gratitude to Governor Abiodun for his dedication to improve the region's infrastructure.
Hon. Adesina likened the Governor's actions to a promise made and faithfully kept.
However, he also presented additional requests, urging the Governor to extend support to the Local Government by initiating the construction and rehabilitation of Ojere-Oba road and Ibafo -Opeyemi road.
"I appeal to our people to please bear with the state government as they have enormous challenges on their shoulder but will not leave all stones unturned"said the Chairman."
Other dignitaries who were also at the inspection site and lend their voices in thanking the Governor include Hon. Damilare Soneye, member of Ogun State House of Assembly, Engr. Adesina, Special Adviser on Public Works, the Baales, Iyaloja of Mowe, Chief (Mrs) Anifa Odebiyi, party leaders and many others.
