The management of UNIQ FM Ilesa, presented the corps commander with the honour during the starion's 13th year anniversary at Aromolaran Hall in Ilesa, Osun State.
The management said the award was in recognition of Brig-Gen. Adewinmbi outstanding contribution towards the upliftment of security of lives and property in the state and his contributions to the development of the society.
In his appreciation speech, Brig. Adewinmbi applauded the radio station for bestowing on him the outstanding Award.
He equally assured them that he would not relent in his efforts at contributing to the upliftment of the security, humanity, and the society at large.
Adewinmbi was honoured alongside Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, The Ogunsua of Modakeke, Elegboro of Ijebu-Jesa, Former Osun NURTW Chairman, Chief Lekan Salami, and other prominent individuals who have positively contributed to the growth and development of the society and have made a noticeable impact in their respective fields of endeavors.
