This recognition is part of the 80th-anniversary celebrations of the school.
Dr. Odedina, an illustrious alumni member, was honoured for his remarkable contributions to the school and society at large.
The award ceremony took place at the school's premises in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, where Dr. Odedina graduated as the labour prefect of Class 5 in 1984.
Dr. Adeoye Odedeji, representing the polytechnic, expressed his best wishes for Dr. Odedina, hoping that he continues to achieve even greater accomplishments in the future.
