Obafemi Owode LG Boss Ogunsola , congratulates Gov. Abiodun on his Victory at the Supreme Court

As the supreme court affirmed the mandate given to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON on Friday 19th January,2024 in Abuja.

The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Ogunsola  Adesina Lanre, FCPA Congratulates His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, and his Deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele on the Supreme Court rulings.

Council boss expressed his joy and happiness on the  judgments, said this is going to finally settled the legal battle over the year 2023 governorship elections in the state.

Amb. Ogunsola further described the judgments of the Supreme Court as a confirmation  of the irrefutable choice of the good people of Ogun state which in no doubt has spur the efficiency of the judiciary in sustaining and upholding the trust of the citizens in deepening the country’s electoral laws and judicial prudence.

He also stressed that the judgment has finally settled the legal battle over the 2023 governorship elections.

He therefore urged the lovers of democracy to continually throwing supports for the giants strides of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun led administration in the state.

Meanwhile, Amb. Ogunsola has also commended  the resilience of the good people of Obafemi Owode,  Political stalwarts for standing tall to defend their hard earned votes through out the trials and the delivery of judgements.

"On behalf of the good people of Obafemi Owode Local Government, Executive arm,  Legislative, Staffs and the APC family, I heartily rejoice and congratulate our visionary Leader, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON  and his Deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele on the victory as the duly Elected Governor of the Gateway State" said Ogunsola.

He therefore enjoined all other political parties to earnest the warm hand of fellowship, as the distractions and litigations that greeted the 2023 election has finally come to an end.

Just as the mantra " Igbega Ipinle Ogun, Ajose gbogbo wa ni". Building our future together is a collective responsibility.
