Popular Nigerian dancer Lil Smart has officially filed a petition against singers Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, alleging a threat to his life.
This development comes weeks after Lil Smart publicly claimed he had been assaulted and threatened by the two artists. He supported his claims by sharing disturbing photos and videos on social media, expressing fears for his safety.
Despite denials from both Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, the dancer has moved forward with legal action, presenting what he describes as substantial evidence to back his allegations.
“This is not the first or even the third time I’ve faced such bullying,” Lil Smart stated. “In the past, I didn’t have enough evidence to take legal action. But now, I thank God that I have solid evidence, and I’m determined to put an end to this pattern of bullying and threats to my life.”
He expressed hope that justice would prevail, adding, “With the evidence I’ve provided, I trust that no one is above the law. I have submitted my petition and handed over the necessary evidence to the authorities. By God’s grace, the Nigerian legal system will ensure I get the justice I deserve.”
