May Edochie’s legal team has revealed new details regarding a fake AI-generated video falsely depicting May kissing comedian AY on an airplane. According to her lawyer, Emeka Ugwuanyi, the creator of the viral video, Chi Jeanny, is closely related to Judy Austin, the alleged mistress of May’s estranged husband, Yul Edochie.
In a strongly worded statement, Ugwuanyi accused Chi Jeanny of engaging in cyberstalking, cyberbullying, and a coordinated smear campaign against May and her children. He further alleged that Judy Austin has a history of orchestrating defamatory attacks against May, with Chi Jeanny acting as a willing accomplice.
Chi Jeanny is a known associate and relative of Judy Austin.
May has an ongoing lawsuit against Judy Austin at the Lagos State High Court, challenging her decade-long relationship with Yul Edochie.
Judy Austin has been accused of hiring people to defame May, as previously alleged by Sarah Martins, a former close associate of Judy.
Chi Jeanny has been consistently spreading falsehoods about May and her children, despite repeated warnings.
Judy Austin publicly praised and endorsed Chi Jeanny’s defamatory content, indicating a coordinated effort to smear May.
The goal of these attacks is to undermine May’s ongoing legal battle, aiming to discredit any court victory she might achieve.
Ugwuanyi emphasized that May’s legal team will no longer tolerate these attacks and will take legal and administrative action against Chi Jeanny and her collaborators.
“The world will soon witness our lawful efforts to stop this lawlessness. We initially considered issuing another warning, but given her continued actions, that option is no longer available,”the statement read.
