Hon. Yemi Adelani Igwe has been appointed as the Board Chairman of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE), a vital organization responsible for ensuring road safety and traffic management in the state.
Alhaja Faidat Sarumi-Akintunde, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairperson in Abeokuta North Local Government, has also been appointed as a Board Member of the Agricultural Development Service Commission.
Similarly, Hon. Femi Adiro has been appointed as a Board Member of the Local Government Service Commission.
In his congratulatory statement signed by him, issued to newsmen on Saturday, Hon. Lanre Oyegbola Sodipo commended the appointees for their dedication to public service, noting that their appointments are well-deserved.
He expressed confidence in their ability to bring positive changes to their respective offices and contribute to the progress of Ogun State.
The chairman also appreciated the Governor of Ogun State Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun CON for recognizing the competence and loyalty of these leaders, emphasizing that their selection is a testament to their hard work and commitment to the development of the state.
"We trust that all these our leaders shall justify the trust placed in them by delivering quality service and upholding the values of good governance".
Hon. Oyegbola Sodipo further called on residents of Abeokuta North to support the newly appointed officials in their respective roles.
He stressed the importance of unity and cooperation in achieving meaningful progress in the local government and the state at large.
