CEO Pelican Valley Estate Celebrates Birthday, Gifts Veteran Actor, Pa James Car, Land

It was all fun and celebration on Wednesday as all roads led to Pelican Valley Estate, near Laderin, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

The occasion was the birthday celebration of a realtor and a great changer cum welfarist, Alh. Dr. Babatunde Muritala Adeyemo, the Chief Executive Officer, Pelican Estate.

The event took off with a prayer held at the newly built Mosque located at Iwe - Iroyin house, the Ogun NUJ Secretariat.

Veteran actor, Pa James and Ogun Journalists during the prayer session for the birthday anniversary of the CEO, Pelican Brief, Babatunde Adeyemo.

Dr Adeyemo who facilitated the building of the Mosque with assistance from Muslim brothers and sisters was full of praises to Almighty Allah for the grace to complete the building of the Mosque in spite of paucity of funds and low funding coming from those they called on to assist with the building.

He said he was full of praises to Almighty Allah who have given him the grace to complete the multimillion naira edifice, a project he saw as a challenge that must be completed at a record time when he was appointed as the Chairman of the building committee.

His words 'We did fundraising for the mosque, we were able to realize about Three hundred Thousand Naira (N300,000), with Allah's assistance, we had to put it on our shoulder by adding the balance of over Three million Naira to ensure that we delivered as promised.

He called on politicians and well to do individuals to take issues of masses welfare as a priority saying that the situation in the country calls for people to be their brothers keeper.

At the Pelican Valley venue of the reception, the CEO, Pelican Estate, Dr Adeyemo in his characteristics of putting smiles on the faces of people gave out a branded car with a value of #4.5m to the Pelican brand Ambassador, Pa Kayode Samuel Olasehinde, a.k.a Pa James

Apart from the car gift, a plot of land worth three million naira was also added to the joy of Pa Ajirebi or Pa James, who attended the ceremony with his wife and son.

The elated brand Ambassador speaking with Our reporter thanked Dr Adeyemo for the kind gesture.

He said the celebrant has brought enormous value to real estate business in Nigeria and had also impacted positively on his live.

Guests were hilarious as they were treated to both local and foreign dishes with highly priced wine and assorted drinks.

The celebrant, who was visibly elated, thanked God for sustaining him in the last 43 years.

According to him"Today is highly symbolic for me, the mosque is so synonymous and the most important for me.As pelican is, we are known for doing whatever we say, and today that's why we made the prayer at the mosque.
