This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Publicity Secretary of the party Akiloye Bankole on Friday.
The statement reads: "It is increasingly glaring to every discerning mind in Ogun State that the Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun seems to have an undisclosed hatred and disdain for members of the Ogun State work force. This constantly looks like the only plausible rationale to explain the horrendous treatments often shown by the APC ruling government in Ogun State to its workforce.
"The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP confirmed that civil servants; 𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑁𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑈𝑛𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝐿𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑙 𝐺𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐸𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑜𝑦𝑒𝑒𝑠, 𝑁𝑈𝐿𝐺𝐸 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑒𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑁𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝑠𝑎𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝑎𝑠 𝑎𝑡 𝟭𝟱𝑡ℎ 𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝐷𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟.
"Our concerns, stems from our historical partnership with the people, and if they have not received November salary as at today 15th of December, 2022, just about ten days to Christmas, 𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘖𝘨𝘶𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭 "𝟭𝟯𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘺" 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘋𝘗 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘗𝘋𝘗 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘖𝘨𝘶𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦.
"With this gross insensitivities to the plights of the Ogun State workers, it is crystal clear that Dapo Abiodun's APC government, in its usual characteristic, does not respect and appreciate civil and public servants whose statutory salary, allowances and personal emoluments due at 1st day of the succeeding month, are to be categorised as first line priority charge/payment.
This was exactly what the PDP actioned and maintained between year 2003 and 2011.
"Deliberate refusal by Dapo AbIodun and APC led Administration to give the workers their genuine entitlements again, goes to strengthen position and informed insistence that Dapo Abiodun does not deserve a day longer in government house. Ogun State workers have every good reason to kick him and his gang of inhumane handlers out of government at the next round of polls.
"It is on the above certitude, that we implore every concerned civil and public servants to remain resolute as the 𝙋𝘿𝙋 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙂𝙪𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙃𝙤𝙣 ( 𝘿𝙧) 𝙊𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙥𝙪𝙥𝙤 𝘼𝙙𝙚𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚, 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮 are dutifully prepared and committed to returning Ogun State workers and entire good people of the state to a brand new era of socioeconomic abundance with our well thought out
𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀 𝐃𝐄 𝟳+𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚 which manifestly encapsulate improvement of workers and citizens welfare as major focus.
"By now, every honest and law abiding citizen should be arming themselves by collecting their Permanent Voters Card, PVC. That is the only legitimate and democratic tool with which Ogun State can be rescued from the shackles and manacles of oppression, brazen with ineptitude of Dapo Abiodun led APC government".
