He is good at filming and editing his news package, using the modern news editing software to deliver the audio visual news report. This makes him stand out among his peers who are employed as full time News Cameraman.
As a News Cameraman, Rafiu possesses skills in the act of interview and can conduct interviews conveniently and efficiently without the presence of his reporter.
He writes news scripts and cover up for his employer, during the time when the organization does not have a news correspondent in Ogun State for more than a year.
He derives joy in training interns on how to edit news report with modern news editing software and filming of news reports (shoot to edit)
