Hon. Harrison made this known when he kick-started the launching of 1000 campaign team on Sunday, in Abeokuta, South, Local Government, Area and Odeda Local Government.
Hon. Harrison disclosed that he was in the race to bring back the lost glory of Ogun and to ensure not less than 10,000 youth were employed every month in all districts while assuring that he would complete all the road projects of former Governor Ibikunle Amosu across Ogun State.
He noted that his administration would also ensure that the Local Government autonomy was given, adding that it would enable the people from the grassroots to enjoy his political administration, particularly the traditional rulers.
Hon. Harrison condemned that in democratic parlance, whereby autonomy wasn't given to the Local Government, there won't be development.
He maintained that the Ogun people had elected a lot of leaders and they couldn't deliver much as expected, thereby making the majority of youth to be jobless, arguing that there were a lot of resources to build the youths and the state as a whole.
He added that everyone has an impute to the development of a State.
"if the autonomy of Local Government were seized, it would affect the traditional rulers to make a progressive contribution towards the development of their community".
Hon Harrison pointed out that part of his mission was to revive the nine reserves areas for Cotton, Rubber and Timbers in Ogun State, of which just only one is functioning among the nine reserves, while assuring that he would make education free at all the tertiary institutions in the state.
He also ensure that he would make sure both federal and state-owned roads in Ogun state are motorable.
He enjoined the people to exercise their civic responsibility to put an end to bad governance.
"Let's get our PVC's and vote out bad governance," he said.
