Egba Legacy Network Commiserates with Gov. Abiodun, Alake over demise of Agura of Gbagura

A foremost social political group of Egba Professionals, Egba Legacy Network (ELN)
has commiserated with Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun and the Paramount ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo over the demise of the traditional ruler, the Agura of Gbagura land, Oba Sabur Babajide Bakre. 

The late royal father, according to information gathered joined his ancestors in an undisclosed hospital in Lagos at age 61 and he ascended the throne of his forefathers in 2019, under the administration of governor Ibikunle Amosun.

In a condolence message issued by the group Chairman, under the leadership of Chief Lai Labode explained that the late oba did very well for his community as a leader that united his people and under whom his domain flourished.

The statement hinted that Oba Bakre's death will no doubt create a wide vacuum which cannot be forgotten so soon.


Chief Labode who equally sent condolences to the state government and entire people of egba kingdom prayed may the Almighty God repose the soul of the monarch and comfort the family and the people of Gbagura land, the statement concluded.
