ACOMORAN Distributes Palliative to Branch Chairmen Amidst Fuel Subsidy Removal

In a remarkable display of commitment to its members' welfare, the State Chairman of the Amalgamated Commercial Motorcycle, Tricycle Repairers and Riders Association of Nigeria (ACOMORAN), Kayode Showunmi, led a historic event in Ogun State. 

The occasion marked the distribution of palliatives to all branch chairmen of the union, reflecting a legacy of dedication and service to the union's members.

Speaking at the event, Kayode Showunmi   acknowledged the tremendous responsibility he undertook when he assumed the leadership of the Ogun State branch, succeeding Alh. Prince Samsudeen Adebayo Apelogun, now the National President of ACOMORAN. 
Showunmi lauded Apelogun's achievements and pledged to continue building on the union's vision and mission.

The Chairman emphasized the importance of education by ensuring regular training and retraining for its members. 

Addressing the beneficiaries, Showunmi emphasized the importance of using the funds judiciously to ensure their positive impact cascades down to the residents of the state.

Showunmi also extended his gratitude to the Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun, for creating an enabling environment for the union's businesses to flourish. 
He acknowledged the creation of a full-fledged Ministry of Transportation, previously a Bureau of Transportation, as a positive step that would benefit the transport sector in the state.

In his closing remarks, Acom. Kayode Showunmi JP expressed heartfelt gratitude to the National President, Prince Samsudeen Apelogun, for his continuous support and guidance.

 He commended the National President, Prince Samsudeen Apelogun's leadership and accomplishments, which have served as a source of inspiration for the ACOMORAN members in Ogun State.

The Ogun State Cordinator, Alhaji Rafiu Oseni Okanlawon, popularly known as Elele said the empowerment will help the beneficiaries a lot, urging them to make good use of the money given to them.

He submitted that AMORAN in Ogun State is one of a kind, saying that it is more concerned about the welfarism of his members.
Elele also appreciated the Governor of Ogun State for creating enabling environment for the Association to operate.

The beneficiaries of the cash empowerment  appreciated the state chairman for the empowerment scheme,  promising to put more effort in generating money for the association.

Dignitaries present were, the Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Muritala Yusuf,  General Secretary, Aare Fatai Temidayo ,  and other executive members  and the members of the Association.
