Sources within the Presidency confirmed to WESTERN POST that Tinubu views the swearing-in of Justice Kekere-Ekun as both a constitutional duty and a momentous occasion. The President departed for France on Monday and is making a prompt return to ensure he fulfills this significant responsibility.
Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun has been recommended by the National Judicial Council to succeed Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, who is set to retire officially on Thursday, August 22.
