The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Isaac Omodewu, has sadly passed away in the United States of America.
Omodewu had traveled to the U.S. in November 2023 to seek medical treatment for an undisclosed illness. After nearly a year of battling the ailment, he passed away while receiving care in the U.S., where he was also a citizen.
The news of his passing was confirmed by Olawale Sadare, the Publicity Secretary of the APC in Oyo State. “Our chairman is dead,” Sadare stated, expressing the loss felt within the party.
