Nigerian influencer Daniel Regha has called on churches to use part of their donations to feed their members every Sunday. He believes that sharing meals with worshippers would greatly support those who may be struggling to make ends meet.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Regha encouraged churches to set aside funds to provide food after services, especially during these challenging times. “Churches should at least be sharing food after service,” he wrote. “Pull out money from the church account and feed the people every Sunday. These are difficult times, and everyone could use a little help, even if it’s just a plate of food.”
Regha emphasized that such a gesture would show compassionate leadership and help meet a genuine need, as many people attend church while battling hunger.
