In a recent statement, Nasty Blaq expressed frustration over how Davido is often mistreated, emphasizing that the artist’s main goal is to uplift and support others.

"The disrespect Davido is receiving is excessive… He simply wants to help others," Nasty Blaq stated, highlighting his admiration for Davido’s generosity.

This defense comes amid a recent controversy involving content creator Korty EO. She shared that Davido’s team had withdrawn permission to post an interview video, despite initially approving it. Korty expressed her own frustration, saying, “They agreed I could re-edit the video, but now say I shouldn’t post it… Many artists ask me not to post interviews. If you don’t want authenticity, don’t come on my show.”
