Raphael Onyedika's Impressive Form Sparks ₦11 Billion Market Value Surge-OXYGIST

Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika is making waves at Club Brugge, with his stellar performances driving a massive surge in his market value.

The Nigerian international has seen his value jump by €6 million (around ₦11 billion), bringing his total worth to an impressive €16 million. This leap places Onyedika as the second most valuable player in the Belgian Pro League, trailing only Danish forward Andreas Skov Olsen, valued at €18 million.

Onyedika’s rise in prominence is fueled by consistent top-tier displays, including being named Club Brugge's Player of the Month for September, despite his red card incident against Charleroi. His influence on the pitch was once again evident in the recent match against Sturm Graz, where he provided a crucial assist that secured a hard-fought win for his team.

Football pundits have praised Onyedika’s development under new manager Nicky Hayen. While former coach Ronny Deila did not fully unlock the Nigerian star’s potential, Hayen has given him the freedom to grow into a commanding presence in Brugge’s midfield.

“Where Ronny Deila saw less in Raphael Onyedika, Nicky Hayen has allowed him to flourish. The fact that Club Brugge even rejected a €20 million bid from Galatasaray shows they believe he has even more room to grow,” said Bart Tamsyn of Transfer Markt.

Club Brugge’s faith in the Nigerian star was clear when they turned down the lucrative offer from Turkish giants Galatasaray, signaling their confidence in his future potential.

With his market value soaring and his impact increasing with every match, Onyedika’s future at Brugge looks brighter than ever.
