A video capturing the terrifying moment a two-storey building collapsed on Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State has surfaced online.
The footage shows the alarming scene as the building crumbles, sending clouds of dust into the air. In the video, nearby residents can be seen running for safety, fleeing the streets in panic as the structure came crashing down.
According to an eyewitness who shared the video on X (formerly Twitter), fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident. The cause of the collapse remains unknown at the time, but it has raised concerns about the safety of buildings in the area.
