Former BBNaija star Hermes Iyele has shared the sad news of his mother, Mrs. Isioma Phebian Iyele’s, passing. He revealed on Instagram that she passed away on Tuesday, November 5, and expressed his current emotional and financial struggles as he and his family prepare for her final farewell.
In his heartfelt post, Hermes wrote, “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I’d like to make public the passing of my beloved mum, ISIOMA PHEBIAN IYELE, on the 5th of November 2024. I’m doing this so I can properly start my grief and also because I currently lack the strength or capacity—mentally and financially—to handle this situation. Please pray for my siblings and me, and support us in all the ways you can.”
Currently away on a work assignment, Hermes explained that he received the tragic news while traveling and is balancing his work duties with the responsibilities of arranging her funeral. He added, “I won’t be able to respond to calls and texts for the time being. We will start the burial process as soon as I’m back.”
He closed his message with, “Love and light always 💔✨,”
