Media personality Nedu has debunked claims that he was fired from The Honest Bunch podcast, clarifying that he stepped down voluntarily due to escalating personal attacks.
His departure became a hot topic after an episode featuring reality TV star Deeone, where allegations were made against social media critic VeryDarkMan.
Speaking at a press briefing in Lagos, Nedu explained that while his role on the show was to facilitate tough conversations, the personal nature of the backlash became overwhelming.
“I was not fired from The Honest Bunch Podcast. I chose to step away when the attacks became personal. This way, the show can continue without distractions.”
Despite his exit, the podcast remains active, with fans eager to see how it evolves without one of its founding voices.
