Nigerian singer Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has responded to the Ogun State Police Command’s declaration that he is wanted over alleged assault on state officials.

Earlier, the police issued a warrant for the controversial artist, accusing him of attempted murder, conspiracy, and other offenses. However, in a series of Instagram story posts, Portable dismissed the allegations, demanding proof that he assaulted anyone.

The Zeh Nation boss insisted that he had not committed murder and warned that any harm done to him would have serious repercussions. He also suggested that his enemies were attempting to tarnish his success, defiantly stating, "They should kill me so that everywhere can scatter," while maintaining that his "glory" would ultimately triumph over his adversaries.

As the controversy unfolds, several people have appealed for leniency on his behalf. His first wife, Bewaji, urged the government to consider their children and grant him forgiveness. Additionally, an American woman voiced support, calling for the reopening of his Odogwu Bar and advocating for a fair resolution.

Meanwhile, law enforcement authorities continue to intensify efforts to bring the singer to justice, leaving the outcome of the case uncertain.
