An Uber driver has come under fire on social media after allegedly running away with a customer’s order and boldly claiming there was nothing the victim could do about it.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), user @king_killz_ called out @UberNigeria, demanding accountability for the driver’s actions.
In his post, he shared:
“Please, let’s make @UberNigeria dispatch rider famous. He ran away with a customer’s order this morning and said there’s nothing we can do about it. He even went further to threaten to burn down my kitchen when I called him (07085432124). This is the third time this month.”
The incident has sparked outrage among social media users, with many urging Uber Nigeria to take immediate action against the driver. The allegations also raise concerns about the safety and reliability of ride-hailing and delivery services.
As of now, Uber Nigeria has yet to respond to the accusations.
