Tella in his congratulatory message which was signed by his media aides and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta described the son of Chief Olusegun Osoba as an intelligent and "finest" Reps member, adding that he has never disappointed his constituents.
The House of Assembly -elect also described him as an asset to the legislature, adding he is a good ambassador to the Green chamber.
He said: " I am excited to celebrate with the son of our national and political leader on his birthday . your input in the House, your representation and contributions cannot be underestimated. You’re a great legislator, you have been very supportive. My prayer is that God continues to spare your life, that He will continue to protect you, that the sky will be the beginning for you and not the limit.
“You have been one of the most productive legislators. Your records speak for you everywhere you go. I congratulate you once again."
