Bobrisky, the controversial Nigerian crossdresser, was released on Monday after serving a six-month prison sentence for abusing the naira by spraying it at parties. Following his release, he gave a stern warning to his fans about the consequences of flaunting cash.
In an interview with GoldMyneTV, Bobrisky said, “Follow the rules, abide by the law. Don’t spray money, or you’ll become a landlord inside Kirikiri.” He emphasized that even minor offenses like this could lead to imprisonment, not just serious crimes.
Bobrisky expressed gratitude to his friends who supported him during his incarceration, stating, “I’m only focusing on my friends who were there for me, and I’m grateful. I’m not thinking about any other person.”
At his court appearance, Bobrisky pleaded with the judge for leniency, promising to use his platform to educate his followers about the legal implications of spraying money. He vowed, “I would do a video on my page and I will educate people about spraying money. I will not repeat this, My Lord. I regret my actions, My Lord.”
