APC Chairman sympathizes with Olowu , describes mother's death as a tremendous loss

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta North Local Government, Alhaja Faidat Sarumi Akintunde has extended her heartfelt condolences to the Olowu of Owu, Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola, following the passing of his beloved mother, Alhaja Aliratu Matemilola (née Bolaji). 

The esteemed matriarch, who was cherished by family and community members alike, passed away on Sunday at the age of 81.

In her message of condolence, Alhaja Faidat Sarumi Akintunde expressed profound sympathy to the Olowu of Owu, highlighting the significant role the late Alhaja Aliratu Matemilola played in her family and community.

 "Her passing is a tremendous loss not only to the royal family but to everyone whose lives she touched with her kindness and wisdom.

"Alhaja Aliratu Matemilola was widely respected and admired for her dedication to the well-being of her community, a quality she imparted to her children. 

"Her legacy will live on through her family and the numerous people she impacted over her lifetime.

"The entire Abeokuta North community joins Oba Saka Adelola Matemilola and his family in mourning the loss of a woman whose contributions will be fondly remembered for years to come."
