Nigerian music sensation Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, popularly known as Patoranking, has expressed his grief following the burial of his sister, Chioma, and her husband, George Onuabuchi.
The heartbreaking incident that claimed their lives stemmed from a gas explosion at their home. Reports reveal that the tragedy occurred just a day after the couple hosted their housewarming celebration. Chioma passed away on August 31, while her husband succumbed to his injuries on September 11, leaving their family and loved ones in deep mourning.
The couple was finally laid to rest on Saturday, November 23, in Ebonyi State, after a wake-keep held the previous day. The ceremony was attended by grieving family members, friends, and sympathizers who gathered to pay their final respects.
Following the burial, Patoranking took to his Instagram story to express his pain. In a simple yet profound post, he shared a photo of a hand emoji accompanied by the words: “Only heaven knows,” capturing the depth of his sorrow and unanswered questions surrounding the tragedy.
