Malik expressed deep gratitude for Davido’s unwavering support, describing him as someone who kept his promises and provided unconditional love.

Since the tragic death of Obama DMW, Davido has gone above and beyond in supporting Malik. From securing him a position at his father’s company, where he became a shareholder, to ensuring he received quality education, Davido’s efforts have been life-changing. He enrolled Malik in Adeleke University after guiding him through secondary school, and in July 2023, Malik graduated with a degree in Engineering, dedicating the milestone to his late father and expressing gratitude for Davido’s role in his success.
