Harvesters Pastor Bolaji Idowu Responds to ₦1.5 Billion Fraud Allegations-OXYGIST

Pastor Bolaji Idowu, the Lead Pastor of Harvesters International Christian Center (HICC), has addressed allegations of fraud involving ₦1.5 billion, maintaining his innocence and calling for transparency amid the controversy.

Speaking during the “Next Level Prayers” session on Wednesday, December 4, Pastor Idowu acknowledged the swirling reports and sought to set the record straight.

“Over the last 24 hours, there’s been a lot of news about me on social media,” he began. “I want to make the facts clear.”

The pastor categorically denied any involvement in real estate dealings, stating that he does not own or trade properties beyond a single inheritance.

“I do not have any property in Nigeria apart from the one my late parents left to me,” he explained. “I am not in the business of buying or selling real estate.”

Addressing allegations of billions being funneled into his accounts, Pastor Idowu invited public scrutiny, emphasizing transparency.

“Someone claimed I received billions. My account is open for verification—check it. I have never received such amounts,” he asserted.

Despite the intense spotlight, Pastor Idowu expressed gratitude to his supporters and remained positive.
“I thank all of you who have shown love during this time. We are victorious,” he said, adding with a hint of humor, “As you’re reading these stories, I’m reading them too—like wow.”

Reports indicate that Pastor Idowu was recently questioned by authorities regarding alleged fraudulent real estate activities and money laundering. A top police source confirmed the investigation, noting that it has drawn widespread public attention.

While Pastor Idowu refrained from discussing specific details of the case, he reiterated his innocence and encouraged anyone with evidence to come forward.

The unfolding situation continues to generate conversations online, with many awaiting further developments in the investigation.
