Popular On-Air Personality (OAP) Do2dtun has publicly criticized Soundcity Radio for allegedly failing to pay its staff salaries for eight months.
Taking to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Do2dtun expressed his frustration, describing the station's actions as "cruel and inhumane." He argued that running a radio station should not come at the expense of neglecting employees’ welfare.
“It’s not by force to open a radio station. Owing your staff for 8 months is very cruel and inhumane. You don’t need a soothsayer to tell you this,” he tweeted.
In a subsequent post, Do2dtun directly mentioned Soundcity, questioning how his friends and colleagues managed to cope under such conditions.
“My friends and colleagues at Soundcity, how do you guys cope? No salary for 8 months? Mehn that’s crãzy!!!!” he wrote.
