The light-hearted moment began when Boniface shared a social media post featuring two luxury cars—a Ferrari Monza and a Bugatti Mistral—with a playful caption aimed at Osimhen. The post read, “Congratulations Senior man, Victor Osimhen, 2025 don stew for you already,” jokingly implying Osimhen’s futuristic acquisition of the vehicles.
This exchange continues a tradition of friendly banter between the Nigerian forwards, with Boniface frequently teasing Osimhen on social media. Responding to the post, Osimhen humorously wrote, “I need to reach out to [Xabi] Alonso now, cause which kind person you be na,” punctuating his message with a laughing emoji.
