Hon. Osoba commended the council boss on the grading of roads, spread across wards, explaining the impacts as its enable the road users, particularly the farmers to move their farm produce to the market which enhance the sustainability of food security in the state.
He however stressed his readiness to partner with the local government in facilitating more developmental projects, as a Federal House of Representative Member with a vision of turning things around for the betterments of his people through robust Legislation and proper representation in policy making at the federal level.
Amb. Ogunsola while receiving Rt.Hon.Osoba, appreciated his efforts in bringing many projects to obafemi owode local government in the areas of, Rural Electrification, Street Lights, Construction of Schools and Health Center, including an ongoing Town Hall at Egbeda.He further explained the readiness of his administration in partnering with his office,' like Oliver twist we pray for more of these projects sir' the chairman stated.
He equally highlighted some of the projects executed within 100 days in office, which includes, refurbishment of Legislative Chamber, grading and rehabilitation of roads, production of over 1,500 exercise books for public primary schools within the council area and facilitation of free distribution of over 3,000 gas cylinders for the vulnerable women across wards in the local government while other laudable projects shall be put in place,in accordance with our campaign promises.
The visit which coincided with the retirement ceremony of Mrs Titilayo Ademuyiwa the Treasurer obafemi owode local government witnessed different dignitaries from political and career lives.
